1st good, cool, crisp, moonless morning of observing. Orion high in the south. Venus is still really bright. (waxing/waning?) First Saturn view – awesome! Full rings and 3 moons. Mars is kinda bright, too small. Orion nebula -2nd time seeing- Incredible, love this one. Pleiades -best through binoculars- *Saw 4 meteors. 2 really good, 2 small. *Followed a faint satellite with scope -found in finder scope (invisible to naked eye) then followed with main scope -fast
